Ownership of Work: Unless otherwise specified, all content, documents, and work product created by JIA Business Services during the course of our work remains the property of JIA Business Services until payment is received in full. Upon payment, the ownership of the work will transfer to you, except for any third-party tools, software, or content used.

Use of Trademarks: Clients are not permitted to use JIA Business Services’ trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JIA Business Services from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims relating to your business or the content you provide.

These Terms and your use of our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Prince William County, VA.
